• 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 8 Tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz real cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 cup Cheerwine
  • 1 cup heavy cream


In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix well. Scoop spoonfuls into individual serving cups and pat into place. Refrigerate until filling is prepared. In a food processor, combine cream cheese and ½ cup sugar and begin mixing. Add in lemon juice, Cheerwine and heavy cream, continue mixing until smooth. Spoon mixture into prepared cups. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, garnish with dark cherries and mint.

  1. As a big fan of both cheesecake and Cheerwine, this recipe really jumped out at me. I’m also not very skilled in the kitchen, so the addition of no-bake was extremely enticing. It was easy to make with the simple directions, and made me feel like I actually accomplished something of a higher skill level. The cheesecakes turned out delicious. Everyone enjoyed them. Easy + delicious = I highly recommend this recipe!
