In large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix well. Scoop spoonfuls into individual serving cups and pat into place.
In a food processor, mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add lemon juice, Cheerwine, and heavy cream, mixing until smooth. Spoon mixture into prepared cups. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, garnish each cup with a cherry and mint.
