This is our new favorite guilt-free dessert! If you’re following a zero sugar, low carb, or keto lifestyle, you know finding sweet treats can be difficult. Not anymore! Infused with the delightfully sweet flavor of Cheerwine Zero Sugar, this Cherry Cheesecake Fluff will hit the spot and satisfy that sweet craving.
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- ½ cup Cheerwine Zero Sugar
- 1 box sugar-free cherry gelatin
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Beat cream cheese until soft.
Heat Cheerwine Zero Sugar in microwave until boiling.
Mix gelatin into heated Cheerwine with a fork or whisk until fully dissolved.
In separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks and looks like whipped cream.
Slowly add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese a little at a time until incorporated.
Add whipped cream to gelatin mixture and mix until fully combined. Pour into individual serving dishes (or a container and store in refrigerator until ready to serve).
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top of each serving.
