This one might just be our new favorite guilt-free dessert. If you’re following a zero sugar, low carb or keto lifestyle, you know finding sweet treats can be difficult. Not anymore! Infused with the delightfully sweet flavor of Cheerwine Zero Sugar, this Cherry Cheesecake Fluff will hit the spot and satisfy that sweet craving.
- ½ cup Cheerwine Zero Sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 box sugar-free cherry gelatin
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Optional: additional whipped cream for topping
Beat cream cheese until soft.
Heat Cheerwine Zero Sugar in microwave until boiling.
Mix gelatin packet into heated Cheerwine with a fork or whisk until fully dissolved.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks and looks like whipped cream.
Slowly add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese a little at a time until you have the two fully incorporated.
Add the whipped cream to the gelatin mixture and mix until fully combined. Pour into individual serving dishes (or a container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve). Optional – serve with a dollop of additional whipped cream on top of each serving.
