What do you call the Christmas cousin of the Manhattan? The Rockefeller Center! This is a festive version of the bar staple from Devin Blackburn of Bistro 217 Pawleys Island, S.C.


  • 1 oz Bulleit Rye
  • 1 oz Cherryshine
  • .75 oz Cheerwine Holiday Punch Syrup
  • 4 dashes of Chocolate Bitters



In a mixing glass with ice, add Bulleit Rye, Cherryshine, Cheerwine syrup and chocolate bitters. Stir the cocktail and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Cheerwine Holiday Punch Syrup

Reduce mixture for 24 hours on low in a crock pot. Cool slightly and add dark brown sugar. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
