- 1 ounce Cheerwine Holiday Punch
- ½ ounce chai tea-infused Amaro Montenegro (prepared)
- ½ ounce cinnamon demerara syrup (prepared)
- 1 ounce bourbon
- ¾ ounce Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum
- ¾ ounce whipping cream
- 1 egg
- Nutmeg, grated
Chai Tea-Infused Amaro Montenegro Preparation:
Pour 750mL bottle Amaro Montenegro into a glass container and add 8-10 bags of chai tea. Let steep for 45 minutes to 1 hour then remove tea bags.
Cinnamon Demerara Syrup Preparation:
Bring one cup water to a simmer and add one cup of demerara sugar. Whisk to combine. Break two sticks of cinnamon and add. Let simmer for 5 minutes, or to desired taste.
Add Cheerwine Holiday Punch to a shaker tin and swirl to decarbonate. Add the rest of the ingredients and dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice to tin and shake until chilled. Strain cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
