Wow the crowd with this easy-to-make and delicious yogurt bark recipe by NC Eat & Play.


  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, whole milk
  • 34 tablespoon Cheerwine Syrup to taste
  • 1/2 cup cherries, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced


  1. Combine Greek yogurt and Cheerwine syrup. Whisk until syrup is completely blended throughout.
  2. Line two 9 inch baking pans with parchment paper.
  3. Use an offset spatula to spread the yogurt evenly across the bottom of each pan.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients across the yogurt.
  5. Freeze. Place pans in the freezer for 2-4 hours, until yogurt is frozen.
  6. Serve. Use a sharp knife or spatula to break into brownie sized squares and serve immediately.
