Get ready to raise your glass with this festive cocktail from Eli Privette at The Crunkleton in Charlotte! The star of this spirited concoction is the homemade Cheerwine Holiday Punch peppercorn syrup, which brings a unique sweet and spicy kick to the party.



  • 1.5oz Virgin Bourbon
  • 1 oz  Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Cheerwine Holiday Punch Peppercorn Syrup
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 Egg White
  • Pinch Salt

Cheerwine Holiday Punch Peppercorn Syrup

  • 2 liters Cheerwine Holiday Punch
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • A handful of peppercorns



Add all ingredients to the shaker tin except for Cheerwine syrup. Shake vigorously for two minutes.

Strain through a hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into a Collins glass with Cheerwine syrup in the bottom of the glass.

Cheerwine Holiday Punch Peppercorn Syrup

In a saucepan, add 2 liters of Cheerwine Holiday Punch, a handful of peppercorns and 2 cups of sugar. Cook and reduce by half and then chill before use.
