A delightfully sweet and spicy concoction to get you in the holiday mood! This spirited cocktail is one of our favorites from our friends at Stoke Charlotte. Photo courtesy of The Plaid Penguin.


  • 1½ ounces cranberry ginger syrup (prepared)
  • 1½ ounces Muddy River Spiced Rum
  • ¼ ounces lemon juice
  • 3 ounces Cheerwine Holiday Punch


Syrup Preparation:

Blend 1 pound frozen cranberries and 3 ounces fresh ginger with 1 liter of warm 1:1 simple syrup in a large blender or food processor. Allow to steep for one hour then strain through a fine sieve or chinois.


Stir together prepared cranberry ginger syrup, rum, and lemon. Pour over ice. Add Cheerwine Holiday Punch and strain over fresh ice in a collins glass. Garnish as you wish!
