Tim Nolan from Fair Witness in Winston-Salem reimagines the classic Ramos Fizz into a delightful cocktail that echoes the taste of a pineapple upside-down cake, capturing the essence of the dessert’s caramelized sweetness and fruity charm in a sippable, spirited form.


  • 1.5 Ounces spiced rum
  • .75 Ounces tart cherry juice
  • .75 Ounces lime juice
  • .75 Ounces of egg white
  • 2 Ounces Cheerwine Holiday Punch


Combine the rum, cherry juice, lime and egg white in a shaker over ice. Shake hard, strain ice and shake again until frothy. Pour into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with Cheerwine Holiday Punch. Garnish with two cherries.
