This spicy garlic BBQ sauce has just enough heat and flavor that it slathers well on any of your grilled meats – from pork ribs to chicken, oh and the wings! Yes, please!
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup Cheerwine
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup A.1. Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Whisk in ketchup, Cheerwine, Worcestershire sauce, A.1., cayenne, black pepper, mustard, and vinegar. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened about 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate until chilled.
