Cherry twist on an old favorite. Cheerwine and Bourbon – a match made in the South. Easy to make. Easy to enjoy.
- ¾ ounces Cheerwine Syrup
- 2 ounces rye whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters, optional
- Orange peel (garnish)
Add ice to glass and all ingredients. Stir for 5-7 seconds. Garnish with swath of orange peel, squeezed over ice, and wiped along the rim of glass.
