  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup Cheerwine Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 can (20-ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


  1. In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  2. Boil gently and continue to stir until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, allow to cool and thicken and serve alongside your baked ham.
