Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup Cheerwine Syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 can (20-ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Boil gently and continue to stir until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
- Remove from heat, allow to cool and thicken and serve alongside your baked ham.
