- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ cup Cheerwine Syrup
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups pecan halves
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, add melted butter, Cheerwine Syrup, salt and vanilla then stir to combine. Add pecans and stir to coat.
Spread mixture in an even layer on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes (stirring halfway) or until pecans are golden brown and majority of the liquid has been absorbed. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before stirring again. Store pecans in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 months.
