• 2 (12 oz) bottles of Cheerwine
  • 1 (10-12lb) Bone-In Spiral Cut (Precooked) Ham
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • ⅓ cup Sorghum Molasses
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup dried ginger
  • Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 275°F. Place Ham on parchment paper coated pan. Pour bottle of Cheerwine over ham and cover with sheet of aluminum foil, crimping edges down securely. Bake at 275°F for 10-12 minutes per pound. Meanwhile, in a stockpot combine 12oz of Cheerwine, bourbon, molasses, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ginger, salt to taste and simmer until glaze thickens. Remove Ham from oven and preheat oven to 425°F. Drizzle glaze over heated ham, separating the slices as you pour. Bake at 425°F uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
