Looking for a fun and tasty appetizer for your next party? Look no further than our Cheerwine Bacon Sticks. Bacon and Cheerwine together at last! You can even kick it up a notch by adding some spice.

Ingredients

  • Pack of Sliced Bacon
  • Cheerwine Syrup
  • Package of Italian Bread Sticks (shelf-stable dry bread sticks)
  • Texas Pete® Dust (optional)

Instructions

Lay bacon in a shallow dish side-by-side. Bacon can overlap or be layered, but be sure to coat all layers with Cheerwine Syrup. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wrap a slice of bacon around one Italian bread stick and place on the parchment lined pan. Repeat until all the bacon has been used. If bread stick breaks, just cut bacon to fit. Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle Texas Pete® Dust over Bacon Sticks (optional). Allow to rest until cooled.
