Here’s an easy large batch punch recipe that’s sure to be a hit at your next get together. A favorite from Asheville mixologist Joe Nicol. 

Ingredients

  • 12½ ounces Cultivated Cocktails Vodka (Asheville, NC) 
  • 12½ ounces Oak City Amaretto (Raleigh, NC)
  • 8½ ounces Cheerwine Syrup
  • 8½ ounces lemon juice 
  • 8 ounces orange juice
  • 20 ounces sparkling apple cider
  • ½ ounce Angostura bitters
  • 8 ounces water (for dilution) 
  • Ice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients over ice in a standard punch bowl. Decorate punch bowl as you wish for the season with lemon wheels, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, sprigs of rosemary, etc. 

Serving Suggestions: Serve into rocks glasses over prepared Cheerwine ice cubes. Top glass off with Cheerwine for desired sweetness.
