Have a Cup of Cheer at The Dutch Light in Winston-Salem combines spiced rum, anise liqueur, ginger, tart cherry, and warm winter spices along with Cheerwine Holiday Punch for a seasonal spin on a Dark & Stormy. Courtesy of Daniel Hamm.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dark Spiced rum
  • 1 oz Jägermeister
  • 1 oz ginger syrup
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .25 oz Luxardo cherry juice
  • 2 dashes – Spice Clove Bitters
  • 2 dashes – Cardamom Bitters
  • Cheerwine Holiday Punch to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Strain into a copper mug filled with pebble ice.
  • Top with Cheerwine Holiday Punch.
  • Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and candied ginger.
