Heather Hamilton at Haberdish in Charlotte concocts the Gift of Cheer, a festive cocktail featuring Muddy River spiced rum, brandy cherry syrup and lemon juice, finished with an egg white froth and a Cheerwine Holiday Punch floater, garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel and flower for a touch of holiday elegance.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ounces Muddy River spiced rum
- 0.5 Ounce brandy cherry syrup
- 0.5 Ounce lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- Cheerwine Holiday Punch to taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients (except Cheerwine Holiday Punch) and ice to a cocktail tin and shake. Strain out ice and shake again.
Add to a Collins glass with ice, and top with Holiday Cheerwine Punch floater. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and flower.
