Ingredients
- Premade pound cake (deli or frozen and thawed will work!)
- 1 can or bottle of Cheerwine soda
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix
- Hearty splash of Cheerwine Syrup (about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Cut your pound cake into cubes and add to the bottom of individual serving cups. Drizzle Cheerwine soda over each so the cake soaks up the Cheerwine.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, add your heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, pudding mix, and Cheerwine Syrup. Mix on medium speed with whisk attachment until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes)
- Layer your whipped cream mixture on top of the cake cubes. If space allows, continue alternating the layers until your serving cups are full.
- Keep trifles refrigerated until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
