Cheerwine Salsa Fiesta Dip
- 1 1/4 cups Go Burritos Famous Cheerwine Salsa (recipe provided, mix all ingredients in a bowl, set aside)
- Two 16 ounce cans refried beans
- 1–2 cups guacamole
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2–3 green onions, chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
- tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Spread the refried beans into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
- Spread the guacamole over the beans.
- Combine taco seasoning with the sour cream and layer over top of the guacamole.
- Place prepared salsa into a sieve (mesh strainer) to drain off excess liquid. This is optional but highly recommended, as it will prevent the dip from being too runny. Layer the drained salsa over the sour cream.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Scatter the black olives, tomatoes, and green onions over the cheese. Chill for one hour before serving with your favorite tortilla chips.
