Ingredients
- 3–4 pound chuck roast
- One 12 ounce can of Cheerwine
- Handful of Mt. Olive Pepperoncinis plus the juice from the jar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- One 1 ounce packet ranch dry seasoning
- One 1 ounce packet of au jus
Instructions
- Add chuck roast to a pressure cooker.
- Pour Cheerwine, pepperoncini’s, juice, butter and dry seasoning packets on top of chuck roast.
- Cook on high pressure for 80 minutes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or other sides and enjoy!
