Another delicious recipe from our friends at NC Eat & Play, let’s eat!

Ingredients

  • 34 pound chuck roast
  • One 12 ounce can of Cheerwine
  • Handful of Mt. Olive Pepperoncinis plus the juice from the jar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • One 1 ounce packet ranch dry seasoning
  • One 1 ounce packet of au jus

Instructions

  1. Add chuck roast to a pressure cooker.
  2. Pour Cheerwine, pepperoncini’s, juice, butter and dry seasoning packets on top of chuck roast.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 80 minutes
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes or other sides and enjoy!
