We know Cheerwine and Little Debbie® snacks are great on their own – but what happens when you put them together?
Ingredients
- 1 box Little Debbie® Christmas Tree Cakes, crumbled
- ½ box cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons Cheerwine Syrup
- 1 12ounce bag chocolate chips or candy melts (or mix it up and get white and dark chocolate!)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Red, white and/or green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together crumbled cakes, cream cheese and Cheerwine Syrup.
- Using a cookie scoop, roll into one inch balls and place on a parchment lined pan and place in freezer to harden.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 20 second increments until fully melted, stirring chocolate until smooth and glossy.
- Coat each cake ball in the chocolate and place back on the parchment. Repeat until all are coated. Immediately decorate with sprinkles if using.
- Place pan in refrigerator for 30 minutes to fully set.
