We know Cheerwine and Little Debbie® snacks are great on their own – but what happens when you put them together?

Ingredients

  • 1 box Little Debbie® Christmas Tree Cakes, crumbled
  • ½ box cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons Cheerwine Syrup
  • 1 12ounce bag chocolate chips or candy melts (or mix it up and get white and dark chocolate!)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Red, white and/or green sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together crumbled cakes, cream cheese and Cheerwine Syrup.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, roll into one inch balls and place on a parchment lined pan and place in freezer to harden.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 20 second increments until fully melted, stirring chocolate until smooth and glossy.
  4. Coat each cake ball in the chocolate and place back on the parchment. Repeat until all are coated. Immediately decorate with sprinkles if using.
  5. Place pan in refrigerator for 30 minutes to fully set.
