Ingredients
- 1 package of sugar cookie dough (pre-portioned)
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Cheerwine Syrup
- ½ cup Cool Whip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Press each piece of cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan. Using your thumb or a round tablespoon, press into the middle to make a slight bowl shape.
- Bake for about 15-16 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a couple minutes in the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla, and Cheerwine Syrup. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes.
- Fold in the Cool Whip.
- Add dollops of your filling mixture to the cooled cookie dough cups.
- Top with cherry pie filling and ENJOY!
