Another delicious recipe from our friends at NC Eat & Play, mini and tasty – these are perfect for holiday spreads and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of sugar cookie dough (pre-portioned)
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons Cheerwine Syrup
  • ½ cup Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Press each piece of cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan. Using your thumb or a round tablespoon, press into the middle to make a slight bowl shape.
  3. Bake for about 15-16 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool for a couple minutes in the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack.
  5. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla, and Cheerwine Syrup. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  7. Add dollops of your filling mixture to the cooled cookie dough cups.
  8. Top with cherry pie filling and ENJOY!
