At Lee’s Inlet Kitchen in Murrells Inlet, S.C., Adrian Dorman’s Cheer & Vine blends dry Cabernet and ginger liqueur with a hint of Sambuca, then tops it with Cheerwine Holiday Punch and a bright orange–candied ginger finish for a festive, ruby-red sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry Cabernet Sauvignon red wine
  • 2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Sambuca
  • Cheerwine Holiday Punch
  • Orange twist
  • Candied ginger

Instructions

Dry shake wine, Ginger Liqueur and Sambuca together and pour into a rocks glass over ice. Top the remainder of the glass with Cheerwine Holiday Punch.

Garnish with an orange twist and a slice of candied ginger.
