Here’s an easy spiked spin on the classic Cheerwine Float by Behindthebar.com that’s sure to wow your friends.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ ounces vodka
- 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream (or all-natural black cherry ice cream, YUM!)
- 3–4 drops Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
- 4 ounces Cheerwine (or more to fill glass)
Instructions
Fill Mason jar mug (or glass of choice) with ice cream. Pour vodka over ice cream. Add cocktail bitters. Space out drops to help the flavor of the bitters disperse throughout drink. Pour Cheerwine over ice cream to fill glass. Top with an extra scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
This is amazingly good. Ice cream and Cheerwine are a favorite of mine, and now with an added splash of booze makes it even better!! Love it!!
