Looking for something fancy without too much fuss? These Cheerwine Balsamic Crostini are just the ticket – yum!
Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon Cheerwine Syrup
 - 4–6 ounces of goat cheese, softened
 - 20 pieces crostinis
 - 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, thawed and drained
 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
 - 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - 2 tablespoons candied walnuts
 - salt to taste
 
Instructions
- Chop the cherries.
 - In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine cherries, vinegar, rosemary, and brown sugar.
 - Bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally.
 - Reduce heat to medium-low and allow some of the liquid to reduce (about 5 min).
 - Add the Cheerwine syrup and stir to combine. Remove from heat and let cool.
 - Evenly spread the goat cheese on crostini. Top with room temperature Cheerwine Balsamic sauce.
 - Top with candied walnuts and garnish with fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
