A cozy-meets-tropical holiday sipper, this rye-and-coconut cream cocktail is lifted by Cheerwine Holiday Punch’s cherry sparkle and warm tiki spices—courtesy of Jacob Minnick from Bitters Social House in Greensboro, N.C.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Cheerwine Punch
- 1.5 oz Sazerac Rye
- 1.5 oz Coconut Cream
- 6 drops Elemakule tiki bitter
Instructions
- In a shaker tin, add Sazerac Rye, coconut cream, and bitters.
- Add ice and shake hard for 12–15 seconds.
- Strain into a stemless wine glass with ice.
- Top with Cheerwine Holiday Punch and give a gentle lift-stir (2–3 turns).
- Garnish with a dried pineapple or dried ginger and a cherry.
