Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup Cheerwine Syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can (20-ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Boil gently and continue to stir until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
Remove from heat, allow to cool and thicken and serve alongside your baked ham.
