Ingredients

2 ounces 1000 Piers Winter Tide Gin
ounce freeze-concentrated Cheerwine Holiday Punch
.5 ounce lime juice

12 ounces Cheerwine Holiday Punch

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake hard for 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Freeze-concentrated Cheerwine Holiday Punch

Empty 12 ounces of Cheerwine Holiday Punch into a wide-mouthed freezer-safe container, cover and freeze until solid (alternatively, freeze in ice cube trays).
Place a cheesecloth-lined strainer over a measuring cup and place the frozen punch cubes into the strainer.
Place on the counter to thaw.
Once 4 ounces of concentrated syrup has collected, discard the remaining ice, bottle the syrup, and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
