Ingredients
1 package of sugar cookie dough (pre-portioned)
1 can Cherry pie filling
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons Cheerwine Syrup
½ cup Cool Whip
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Press each piece of cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan. Using your thumb or a round tablespoon, press into the middle to make a slight bowl shape.
Bake for about 15-16 minutes.
Allow to cool for a couple minutes in the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla, and Cheerwine Syrup. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes.
Fold in the Cool Whip.
Add dollops of your filling mixture to the cooled cookie dough cups.
